Community - Sportivity


Every other Tuesday 2pm - 3.30pm

 

Sport and exercise can improve your physical and mental health no matter what your age.

Sportivity is a dementia friendly group for older adults meeting once a fortnight. Each session starts with a cuppa and a chat about sporting memories, before getting active with chair-based exercise and an opportunity to try some light sports activities. Everyone is welcome as we cater for all abilities. 

£2 per session including Cup of Tea/Coffee
